Job summary

Oatly is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning, North America to lead the NA demand planning function and deliver a robust plan across channels, customers, and products. You will bridge Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Portfolio, and Operations to translate market assumptions into actionable forecasts.

You will head a team of Demand Planners, drive forecast performance, and develop scenarios to support executive decisions while improving planning maturity and digitalization across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Demand Planning, IBP, S&OP or Commercial Planning.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading planning in FMCG/food & beverage or similar industries.
• Experience with planning platforms: Anaplan, SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis; strong BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Demand Planning team and develop a high‑performing, data‑driven planning function.
• Own regional demand plan across channels, customers, and product categories.
• Advance forecasting methodologies and monitor forecast accuracy and bias.
• Drive IBP process facilitation, scenario planning, and senior leadership reviews.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of planning technologies.
