As an intern, you will support Account Managers with listing products, setting up stores, and registering campaigns, while conducting market research and tracking inventory for major campaigns. Commit to at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in merchant cold start, including product listing, store setup, campaign registration.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving merchant operational issues (logistics, pricing, content compliance).
• Track and coordinate merchant preparation for platform campaigns, especially BFCM (e.g., inventory readiness, discount planning, livestream scheduling).
• Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for merchant growth strategies.
• Help manage creator and agency collaborations (sample shipment tracking, content output monitoring).
• Provide weekly reports on merchant performance and campaign readiness.
