Job summary

TikTok Shop US Operations is seeking a Project Intern in Seattle to support onboarding, growth, and campaign execution for top brands in the US market.

You will assist in seller acquisition, onboarding, and live auction activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive GMV growth and improve user experience. This internship offers hands-on project work and exposure to fast-paced e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong ownership & initiative - Take responsibility for tasks end-to-end, proactively identifies opportunities, and works independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented - Focus on clear goals and outcomes, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.
• Resourceful problem-solver - Able to navigate ambiguity, find information independently, and develop practical solutions with limited guidance.
• Data analytical skills - Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, drawing insights, and using data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support live auction seller business development, onboarding, incubation, and ongoing management.
• Identify and engage new seller leads, facilitate LKM tagging and onboarding, resolve blockers, and accelerate sellers’ launch and growth on LIVE.
• Support Team B WBR documentation, weekly performance updates, and dashboard maintenance.
