Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of consumer product sales or category management experience.
• 2+ years of analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI).
• Experience working with retailer point-of-sale data.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and optimize category performance across the 7Ps using shopper insights to drive growth for Colgate and retailers.
• Prioritize and represent shopper needs in strategic and tactical decisions.
• Develop actionable recommendations from customer-specific shopper data to drive category solutions.
• Integrate multiple data sources (shopper data, insights, POS) to form robust recommendations.
• Communicate complex data and insights through compelling narratives to influence stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted consultant, building strong partnerships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Colgate teams and external brokers to execute strategies and hit objectives.
• Maintain curiosity to identify opportunities for improvement and guide the team with data-driven insights.
