Job summary

Snackruptors Inc. is seeking a Category Development Manager to drive growth for Branded and Private Label across North America, leading category strategy, business development, and data‑driven insights within a fast‑moving marketing team.

You will partner with Sales and Brand teams, leverage Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ and Numerator, and develop compelling category stories to accelerate growth across Retail and Foodservice channels while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Category Development, or Insights within CPG or a related industry.
• Expert knowledge of syndicated data sources including Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, Numerator.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven selling stories from insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, Numerator to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the Category Management team.
• Develop category strategy for Retail and Foodservice channels.
• Partner with Sales to craft pricing and promotions.
