Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years in CPG sales, key accounts, or analytics.
• Travel up to 25–40% of the time.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to influence.
• Experience with Nielsen Scan data and JDA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and internal teams.
• Develop category insights and growth strategies for confectionery sectors.
• Lead shelf-space planning and POG tasks; use JDA tools.
• Analyze syndicated data and shopper trends to inform recommendations.
• Support annual planning and cross-functional collaboration with Sales.
