Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years customer facing Sales and/or Category Management experience.
• BA/BS in Marketing/Business Administration
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Developing & delivering compelling selling stories / presentations.
• Relationship building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy with customer based on insights and market trends.
• Develop and deliver presentations for stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate planning processes internal and external.
• Own the customer category line review process.
• Represent category at cross-functional team meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Shopper Activation and Retail.
• Lead planogram development.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strategies.
