Job summary

Karman Industries is building the next generation of AI data center infrastructure and is seeking a Communications & Marketing Manager to own the external voice and internal alignment as we scale from early deals into a category-defining company.

You will turn deeply technical updates into clear, credible narratives for customers, investors, and our distributed team, coordinating content calendars, press, launches, and internal communications with the CEO and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in communications, marketing, or content roles.
• Strong writing ability with clear, fast delivery.
• Able to translate engineering discussions into customer/investor-friendly copy.
• Experience with press coordination, LinkedIn/executive ghostwriting, or B2B content marketing.
• Organized self-starter with broad remit and limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Brand & category building for sCO₂ thermal infrastructure; establish voice across markets.
• Draft and refine executive content: posts, announcements, blogs, talking points.
• Coordinate press releases and manage media inquiries.
• Own internal updates for a fast-growing, distributed team.
• Plan and execute launches and investor/customer events.
• Manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency across decks.
