Job summary

RAWLE & Henderson, LLP in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Catastrophic Loss Group. The role supports complex, high-stakes cases from discovery through trial, working closely with partners, associates, clients, and vendors.

Candidates should have 5+ years in complex litigation, a paralegal certificate or degree, strong research skills in Westlaw and Lexis, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in a complex litigation practice or within a law firm/corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus Paralegal Certificate preferred; certifications in project management are a plus.
• Experience with electronic discovery tools and litigation databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large case files including discovery documents and pleadings.
• Prepare discovery documents in paper and electronic formats.
• Coordinate with vendors for electronic litigation support and ensure data quality.
• Assist in trial preparation and attend trials and hearings.
• Knowledge of Relativity or similar platforms and eDiscovery workflows.
