Addison Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a plaintiff-side catastrophic injury practice in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid role combines 4 days onsite with 1 remote day per week, offering exposure to high-exposure cases and collaboration with a respected law firm.

The role emphasizes managing multiple priorities, supporting attorneys throughout case lifecycles, and contributing to case strategy from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters.
• Experience in personal injury or catastrophic injury cases preferred.
• Plaintiff-side experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Filevine and PA e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from intake through trial and settlement.
• Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and supporting documentation.
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
• Manage electronic filings within Pennsylvania court systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, healthcare providers, and opposing counsel.
