We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our firm. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys specializing in catastrophic loss, handling a variety of tasks related to litigation, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including research, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and exhibits.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
• Review and summarize medical records.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to subpoenas, discovery requests, and interrogatories.
• Coordinate with insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Location & Schedule
