Job summary

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake - 11851 seeks a Large Loss Resource Coordinator to support multi-location catastrophe response. You will coordinate equipment, trailers, crews, and logistics to mobilize quickly and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires organization, proactivity, and the ability to work in field and office during large loss events. Travel and extended hours are expected to ensure readiness and rapid deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, restoration, construction, emergency response, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or disaster response strongly preferred.
• Relevant industry, equipment, safety, or restoration certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, crews, equipment, trailers, and logistics for large loss and CAT response across locations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for operational coordination during large-scale restoration and emergency deployments.
• Deploy to CAT and large loss events to support mobilization, field setup, resource management, and demobilization.
• Provide after-hours response support and troubleshoot logistical challenges during active events.
