Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a hands‑on Large Loss Resource Coordinator to support fast‑paced catastrophe response across multiple locations. You will manage resources, crews, trailers, and equipment to enable rapid mobilization and effective on‑site deployment.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, situational awareness, and strong team leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations/logistics or emergency response, experience coordinating vendors, and a focus on safety

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, locations, vendors, and teams simultaneously.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions in fast‑moving situations.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with field teams, vendors, managers, and company leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resources, crews, equipment, trailers, and logistics for large loss and CAT response across multiple locations.
Serve as a key point of contact for operational coordination during large‑scale restoration and emergency deployments.
Deploy to CAT and large loss events to support mobilization, field setup, resource management, and demobilization.
Provide after‑hours response support and troubleshoot logistical challenges during active events.
