Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Construction Management.
• Extensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting software.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call 24/7/365 to deploy to disaster sites nationwide.
• Coordinate large-loss projects from mobilization through recovery.
• Lead field teams with strategic thinking and operational oversight.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs with clients, adjusters, and consultants.
• Develop scopes of work and projected cost estimates with fast turnaround.
