Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Support Engineer within the Catalog Support and Programs team to monitor data flow, meet ticket SLAs, and drive root-cause resolution. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve catalog quality and provide actionable insights from diverse data sources.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, ownership, and communication with stakeholders to shape deliverables and drive process improvements across global catalogs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
• Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID.
• Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON.
