Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of catalog reps and drive proactive upselling to current customer accounts across the catalog portfolio, including logo shirts, work boots, outerwear, hats and gloves.

The role emphasizes exceeding sales targets, improving ordering and billing processes, and promoting an energetic, customer-focused culture within catalog operations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Industrial sales background a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.

Qualifications

Compensation

A reasonable base salary estimate ranges between $70,304 and $79,350 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. Bonus earned is based on individual performance, location, division and/or company. Compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience, training and other business and organizational needs.
