Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Catalog Sales Representative to proactively upsell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog, including logo shirts, pants, boots, outerwear, hats and gloves. This role aims to exceed catalog sales projections by building direct sales relationships within existing customer bases and improving how catalog orders are promoted, billed and delivered.

Joining the team includes a training program on product knowledge and our sales process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Valid driver's license required.

Catalog Sales Reps are responsible to exceed catalog sales projections by building direct sale relationships within a location's existing customer base and improving the way catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered. In addition, they promote a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of catalog by sales by working with the service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and its products. Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Skills/Qualifications

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $62,354 - $71,760/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
