Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives and proactively up-sell products from the Cintas catalog to existing customer accounts.

The role focuses on exceeding catalog sales and projections, improving how catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered, and coordinating with the service department on marketing the catalog and its products.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively up-sell current customer accounts with catalog products.
• Exceed catalog sales and projections; improve promotion, ordering, billing and delivery of catalog sales.
• Promote a positive and energetic attitude in catalog sales by collaborating with the service department on marketing the catalog and its products.
