Job summary

StubHub is seeking a Catalog Operations team member to publish and maintain event catalog data for our global platform. This full-time role requires in-office work initially, with later a reduced in-office schedule to three days per week, and hours from 12:00pm to 8:30pm on Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the catalog. The role emphasizes data integrity, responsiveness to top customers, and process improvements to enhance the buyer/seller

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Data Entry experience preferred.
• Reliable organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metric-based role.
• Strong reading comprehension and written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and enrich our event catalog by adding events directly into the catalog and maintaining all data.
• Manage a queue of work by responding quickly to inquiries from top customers.
• Handle site change requests and update catalog data; fix and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform detailed research to understand event setup: date, time, venues, ticket types, performers, maps, and related info.
• Partner with Supply and Product teams to meet service levels and improve tools.
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes supporting buyers and sellers.
• Support other functions to deliver a great ticket buying/selling experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
