Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives who proactively up-sell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog.

Responsibilities include exceeding catalog sales targets, improving how catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered, and collaborating with the service department on marketing the catalog and its products.

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively up-sell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog. Products from our catalog line include, but are not limited to, custom logo shirts and pants, work boots, outerwear, hatsand gloves. Responsibilities include exceeding catalog salesand projections;improving the way catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billedand delivered;promoting a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of catalog by sales by working with the service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and its products.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet
