  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with metadata standards (ISWC, ISRC, IPI) and CWR delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data tracking tools, and workflow management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple catalog and data review workflows simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review new and existing Users, Songwriters, and Songs to identify where catalogs may be stalled between systems.
  • Identify and follow up on clients failing the Letter of Direction (LOD) process to ensure completion of songwriter information.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report and help resolve recurring system malfunctions, automation errors, or data inconsistencies.
  • Review weekly Music Maestro automation errors and coordinate with internal teams to resolve failed song processing.
  • Analyze terminated accounts where works remain active to ensure proper catalog cleanup and reconciliation.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify and address duplicate works, claims, and client records across systems.
  • Monitor and investigate RMP ETL errors, ensuring songs successfully process for delivery.
  • Review RMP catalog for songs failing to reach the CWR process, documenting issues and recommending improvements.
  • Provide regular insights on catalog flow and partner with teams to enhance metadata accuracy and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
