Zusammenfassung

Rokform is seeking a detail-focused Data & Catalog Specialist to own and harmonize product information across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and new platforms. You will drive the master catalog, manage SKUs and barcodes, and ensure readiness before launches.

Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and sales to keep data accurate, complete, and timely across all channels, including feed health, compliance data, and compatibility details.

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ years managing product or catalog data for a consumer products brand, retailer, or marketplace seller.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (flat files, listing management, and case resolution).
  • Experience working with item records in an ERP, ideally NetSuite.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, bulk uploads, and CSV imports and exports.
  • Working knowledge of UPC/GS1 barcodes and SKU structure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of documenting how things are done.
  • Clear, organized communication across product, operations, marketing, and sales.

Aufgaben

  • Maintain the master catalog and keep it consistent across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, and new platforms as they're added.
  • Define and document the system of record for each data field (e.g., NetSuite for cost, weight, SKU).
  • Assign and manage SKUs, UPCs, and barcodes.
  • Own a change-request process so product updates are tracked, approved, and applied consistently.
  • Gather and manage all new product details from product development, operations, and marketing.
  • Run the new-product intake checklist and confirm every platform is complete before launch.
  • Push new and updated product details to each platform when directed by the channel owner.
  • Maintain product images, videos, spec sheets, and manuals with consistent file naming and organized storage.
  • Maintain SEO fields, structured data, and phone-model compatibility data.
  • Compile the product details used on dealer marketing sheets.
  • Maintain MSRP, wholesale, and MAP values as set by pricing owners.
  • Keep channel-specific values current in each platform, as directed by the channel owner.
  • Monitor and fix product feed errors across Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta, and wholesale/B2B partner feeds.
  • Maintain HTS codes, country of origin, and accurate weights and dimensions.
  • Maintain required regulatory labeling data (e.g., California Prop 65).

Jobbeschreibung

ROKFORM designs rugged phone cases and magnetic mounting systems built for real life: in the car, on the bike or motorcycle, at home, and on the job. Our products sell direct on rokform.com, on Amazon, and through dealer and retail partners. Every new phone launch puts a lot of new products in motion at once, and they all need to be right on every channel from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll own the accuracy and consistency of our product data everywhere it lives. You'll maintain the master catalog, the single trusted source for every SKU, and keep it in sync across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, and any new platform we add.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role. You'll work closely with product development, operations, marketing, and our channel owners. You'll collect new product information, set up SKUs and barcodes, run launch readiness checks, and fix feed errors before they cost us sales. This position can be in house, hybrid, or full remote depending on candidate and qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Master Catalog and Data Governance
  • Maintain the master catalog and keep it consistent across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, and new platforms as they're added
  • Define and document the system of record for each data field (for example, NetSuite for cost, weight, and SKU; Shopify for web copy)
  • Assign and manage SKUs, UPCs, and barcodes
  • Own a change-request process so product updates are tracked, approved, and applied consistently
New Product Intake and Launches
  • Gather and manage all new product details from product development, operations, and marketing
  • Run the new-product intake checklist and confirm every platform is complete before launch
  • Push new and updated product details to each platform when directed by the channel owner
Content, Assets, and Compatibility
  • Maintain product images, videos, spec sheets, and manuals with consistent file naming and organized storage
  • Maintain SEO fields, structured data, and phone-model compatibility data
  • Compile the product details used on dealer marketing sheets
  • Maintain MSRP, wholesale, and MAP values as set by pricing owners
  • Keep channel-specific values current in each platform, as directed by the channel owner
Feed Health
  • Monitor and fix product feed errors across Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta, and wholesale/B2B partner feeds
Compliance and Logistics Data
  • Maintain HTS codes, country of origin, and accurate weights and dimensions
  • Maintain required regulatory labeling data (for example, California Prop 65)
HOW YOU'LL WORK WITH OTHERS

You own how product data is managed. Our channel owners decide what the data should be, and pricing, promotions, and channel strategy stay with them. You make sure their decisions show up accurately, completely, and on time everywhere they need to.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
  • 3+ years managing product or catalog data for a consumer products brand, retailer, or marketplace seller
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (flat files, listing management, and case resolution)
  • Experience working with item records in an ERP, ideally NetSuite
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, bulk uploads, and CSV imports and exports
  • Working knowledge of UPC/GS1 barcodes and SKU structure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of documenting how things are done
  • Clear, organized communication across product, operations, marketing, and sales
Nice to Have
  • ShipStation or other shipping and 3PL platforms
  • Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, or feed management tools
  • Compatibility or fitment data (such as device models or vehicle year/make/model)
  • HTS classification, country-of-origin rules, and Prop 65
  • Consumer electronics accessories, outdoor, cycling, motorsports, or automotive products
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • First 30 days: You know our catalog, systems, and channel owners, and you've audited our product data to find the biggest gaps.
  • First 90 days: A documented system of record for every key field, a working change-request process, and a launch checklist every new product goes through.
  • First 6 months: Feed errors are caught and fixed fast, new products launch complete on every channel, and the team trusts the master catalog as the single source of truth.
WHY ROKFORM
  • Own a critical function at a growing brand where your work directly shapes launches and sales
  • Work on-site in Irvine, hybrid, or fully remote
  • Join a small team with real visibility and ownership
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with profit sharing
