Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5 years operational leadership experience; 10 years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial service environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce Values Based Leadership in daily operations.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, and drive productivity and teamwork.
• Lead CAT Support operations and manage conflicts.
• Plan, monitor, and control service activities against goals.
• Ensure budgets and resources meet productivity and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with service and sales to satisfy customers.
• Use feedback to create value offerings and pricing policies.
• Comply with safety policies and company standards.
• Travel up to 25% for field or customer sites.
