Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Scan Technologist (CT Tech) for a travel assignment in Colton, CA. You will perform CT scans, acquire cross‑sectional images, and ensure accurate documentation under physician orders.

The role emphasizes patient history, procedure explanations, and addressing concerns while delivering high‑quality imaging. Travel status requires flexibility and adherence to clinical standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year CT Technologist experience preferred.
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging.
• ARRT Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Location: Colton, CA

The CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographicscanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailedinformation about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essentialfor accurate diagnostics. The CT ScanTechnologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, andaddresses patient concerns. The CT Technologist also performs a variety ofspecialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
• A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
