Responsibilities

• Sales of CAT parts to customers over the phone, via fax, e-mail or in person; serves as a point of contact for parts customers.
• Completes all parts transactions for internal/external customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists customers by maintaining current product information and responding to after-hour call outs when needed.
• Promotes dealership programs and current promotions to meet objectives.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong attendance.
