Job summary

HOLT CAT in Waco, Texas, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate who will respond to customers’ needs with urgency and accuracy, process parts transactions, and support warehouse activities. This role requires independent work and teamwork within the Machine Division (MAC).

Key duties include pulling parts orders, replenishing stock, maintaining an organized warehouse, following safety policies, and using CODA and other systems to manage orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with parts warehouse procedures and practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers accurately and promptly.
• Perform stock replenishment tasks to maintain correct inventory levels.
• Maintain neat and safe parts operations office, warehouse, and yards.
• Learn to place 3rd party orders and receive orders through the CODA system.
• Adhere to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and safety policies.
• Work overtime as required by workload and stay punctual.
