Job summary

The position includes 75–100% travel, a pay rate of $32.00–$52.60 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service experience.
• Data entry, reading/writing skills.
• Basic MSHA knowledge and CAT equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CAT generators at customer sites.
• Maintain service reports, timesheets, and SIMS codes.
• Communicate diagnosis and status to customers and internal teams.
