Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant CAT related courses
• 5+ years’ experience servicing CAT Generators
• 5+ years customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains truck and crane inspection logs on a daily basis
• Completes CAT service reports daily that are legible and well-structured
• Transmits photos, timecards, service reports via email
• Maintains good customer records on jobs assigned
• Maintains credit card receipts for accounting purposes
• Works with Service/Product/Sales to meet customer needs
• Communicates with customers on diagnosis and status of repairs
• Promotes Wagner Equipment Co. to customers
• Reads electrical and hydraulic schematics to aid repairs
• Travel 75%-100% to customer sites
