Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking an Oil and Gas Field Service Technician - Power Systems to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CAT generators at customer sites. You will work as part of a team, maintaining logs, preparing service reports, and communicating status to customers.

The role requires travel 75%–100%, a high school diploma or GED, CAT-related courses, and 3+ years of CAT generator experience along with solid customer service history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Relevant CAT courses or training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience servicing CAT Generators.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CAT generators at customer sites.
• Maintain daily logs and legible service reports with proper SIMS codes.
• Transmit photos, timecards, and reports via email; keep customer records updated.
