Job summary

Pet Haven is seeking a Cat Division Support Coordinator to enhance systems for the Cat Division, focusing on feline care, intake, foster engagement, and data-driven improvements. This role supports the Cat Division Manager and volunteers, ensuring high standards of care and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include overseeing cat housing, coordinating intake events, mentoring foster caregivers, and developing onboarding processes with vet team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working or volunteering with an animal welfare organization preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Hybrid schedule with one remote day and on-site work is included.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in the Cat Division and optimize processes.
• Oversee cat care operations at the facility, including intake events and housing standards.
• Support Cat Division Manager and volunteers, providing training and scheduling coverage.
• Create and maintain onboarding and data reports to track foster and adoption activities.
