The Cat Coordinator is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily care, health, placement, and overall well-being of cats and small animals at the Johnson County Animal Shelter. This role supervises and trains staff, coordinates our Community Cat/TNR and foster programs, assists with adoptions and rescue placement, provides routine animal care and medical treatments, and works closely with the public, volunteers, veterinarians, and rescue partners.
