Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Field Service Aerial Technician for Wagner CAT Rentals (Sales) in Colorado. The role reports under the Service Department and involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing CAT heavy equipment at customer sites in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year servicing heavy equipment experience.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years in servicing Aerial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Removes, repairs, and installs major components.
• Communicates with customers on diagnosis and status of repairs.
• Reads and applies electrical and hydraulic schematics to repair work.
• Maintains service logs and CAT reports daily.
• Promotes Wagner Equipment to customers.
