Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Equipment Field Service Technician for CAT Rental (Sales). You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment at customer sites, keeping detailed service reports and coordinating with the service, product support, and sales teams.

The role requires 3+ years in servicing heavy or rental equipment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work at customer sites with 75-100% travel. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CAT related courses enhance candidacy.
• 3+ years servicing heavy or rental equipment.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and SIMS codes.
• Communicate diagnosis and repair status to customers and dispatchers.
• Assist and coach other technicians in the field.
• Promote Wagner Equipment Co. to customers.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
