Job summary

Germania Insurance is seeking a customer-focused Casualty Claims Representative I to investigate and resolve casualty claims while delivering exceptional service to our policyholders. This hybrid role operates with a Home Office schedule and standard 3/2 in a full-time capacity.

You will verify coverage, gather claim information, negotiate settlements within authority limits, and identify subrogation opportunities, while maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months of claims-related experience required.
• Current Texas All-Lines or Property & Casualty Adjuster License required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
