Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
• Ability to interpret quotes and prepare program proposals.
• Strong negotiation and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the broking team for new and recurring policies.
• Run and interpret analytical models for risk and pricing.
• Engage with underwriters via email, phone, and written communication.
• Assist with front-end sales and RFP efforts.
• Prepare submission documents and ensure accuracy against quotes.
