Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years industry experience.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to drive complex/technical conversations.
• Relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
• Negotiation skills with carriers and clients.
• Knowledge of end-to-end insurance process; ability to run analytics models.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate new business placement, renewals and alterations of existing coverage.
• Develop, review and deliver presentations to secure new relationships.
• Review and evaluate information to assess client risks for placement.
• Research and evaluate all solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients.
• Provide coverage and program design advice and perform needs/gap analyses.
• Build partnerships with organizations to secure optimum terms.
• Oversee draft proposals and negotiate carrier quotes and terms.
• Bind carrier quotes and review binders and coverage confirmations.
• Attend regular client and underwriter meetings.
• Provide coaching to brokers in training.
