Starwood Hotels is seeking a SH Welcome Hale Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet guests, support safety procedures, and reflect the brand’s best self while following all hotel policies.

This role requires calm, attentive service in a 24-hour operation and a team player mindset. Experience in safety and security is valued.

Qualifications

• Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About you...
