Starwood Hotels is seeking a Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to help protect guests, associates and property. You will monitor for security risks, enforce safety policies and work as part of a collaborative hotel team.

The role requires staying composed in emergencies, coordinating with leadership, and delivering professional service through every shift to maintain a safe, inviting environment for all.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma, degree or industry certifications are a plus.

It's about staying a step (or five) ahead of potentially dangerous situations, identifying them and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking and in accordance with our policies.

About you

Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus. Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented. Ability to remain calm under pressure Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
