Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth in Duluth, MN is seeking a Casual Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care and build meaningful relationships.

In this role you will observe and document resident status, assist with onboarding of new associates, and work evening shifts 2:00 pm - 10:15 pm Fridays and Sundays, focusing on safety, dignity, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate in English.
