Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant in Duluth, MN to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their living environment. You will document observations and assist with onboarding new Associates, contributing to a compassionate, respectful community.

Launched by a faith-based nonprofit, this role emphasizes hospitality, stewardship, and justice as you build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
