Job Summary

We are currently seeking caring and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a casual/PRN basis for all shifts. This flexible role is ideal for nurses who want to make a meaningful impact while working on a schedule that fits their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and best practices

Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Requirements

Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin (required)

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required

Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset

All shifts available: Days, Evenings, and Nights
