Job Summary

We are currently seeking caring and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a casual/PRN basis for all shifts. This flexible role is ideal for nurses who want to make a meaningful impact while working on a schedule that fits their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and best practices

• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin (required)

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required

• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset

• PRN/Casual

• All shifts available: Days, Evenings, and Nights
