This position offers flexible scheduling, requiring a minimum of 3 shifts per month, each 8 hours, including summer and winter holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Managing the environment for resident safety.
• Supervising nursing assistants and helpers.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment.
• Ability to calculate drug dosages.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills with an aptitude for learning company applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous post-acute care experience.
