Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Casual Pool Specialist in Pittsburgh to support residents in residential or day programs. This part-time, as-needed role offers flexibility with a schedule that fits your needs while contributing to compassionate care.

You will help residents with daily living skills, promote independence, document progress, and collaborate with staff in a welcoming team environment. This non-exempt, hourly role requires availability across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an organization vehicle.
• Local travel and reliable transportation needed.
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances and pre-employment screenings.
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.

As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.

What You Will Do:

• Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)

• Foster a positive, supportive environment
• Accurately document progress and observations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Participate in training and development

Minimum Qualifications:

Schedule:

This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. Consistent year-round availability is essential, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
