Job summary

Connected Roots Care Center (CRCC) in Omaha, NE is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to float between NW and SW centers. The role involves working with children with disabilities to improve gross motor function, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing family-centered care.

The position is casual or as needed and requires Nebraska licensure, pediatric experience, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with Nebraska licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Experience with pediatric therapies is preferred.
• Ability to meet agency health clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer pediatric PT/PTA therapy to children birth-21.
• Collaborate with school therapists and family for continuity of care.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and plans of care.
• Supervise and train staff in classroom-based therapy activities.
