Job summary

GO Physical Therapy in Grand Island, NE seeks a COTA-Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position at the Children’s Rehab Center. You will join a friendly, multidisciplinary team including Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists, providing hands-on patient care and contributing to plan-of-care development.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Nebraska required.
• Full-time availability for Children’s Rehab Center.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assessment, treatment, and supervision guidance.
• Implement patient plan of care using COTA skills.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate and motivate patients and families to improve functional activities.
• Document progress and home programs in a timely manner.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and assist with recordkeeping.
