Qualifications

• Minimum of two years current experience in physical therapy.
• At least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience if working in pediatrics.
• Must have inpatient and outpatient experience.
• BLS certification completed.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius.
• Evaluates and treats patients with a variety of therapeutic interventions for rehab.
• Coordinates with disciplines and discharge goals to ensure continuity of care.
• Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination and independence.
• Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health care.
