Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts. This newly transformed facility offers a dynamic work environment and strong leadership, with a focus on staff retention and high survey results.

Supports flexible scheduling including 8- and 12-hour shifts and PRN options. Weekend requirements apply for some shifts; a comprehensive orientation and ongoing management support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• PRN employees must work one weekend per month (2 shifts), two additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
