Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Casual/PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-site team across all shifts.

You're offered flexible 8- and 12-hour shifts, competitive base pay of $30–$38 per hour, daily pay options, and a supportive work culture with strong leadership. PRN staff must meet weekend and additional shift requirements as outlined.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• PRN staff must cover one weekend per month and additional shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make daily rounds on your unit/shift.
• Maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel.
• Receive/provide nursing report at start and end of shift.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practial Nurse (LPN):

• Prepare and administrator medications as ordered by the physician
• Make daily rounds of your unit/shift
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel
• Receive/provide the nursing report upon reporting in and ending shift
