Job summary

Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN positions across all shifts at our Chambersburg, PA facility. Shifts include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 6p-6a, and 10p-6a with 8- and 12-hour options.

PRN staff must work one weekend per month and flexible scheduling is available. We offer competitive base rates of $31-$36/hr with premium shift differentials, daily pay upon request, and comprehensive orientation plus ongoing management support in a

• Active LPN license in good standing
• PRN availability and ability to work rotating weekends
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Provide routine LPN nursing care per individualized care plans
• Monitor patient status and report changes to RN/MD
• Document care and administer medications as prescribed

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
